Snack sends marketing text messages about campaigns hosted on Snack. This page documents exactly what those messages are, when they go out, and how to stop them.
1. What we send and when
- Initial message: one message when a campaign goes live. It shares campaign details and links to the campaign page on Snack.
- Reminders: follow-up messages with the same campaign link, sent no more often than once every 7 days per recipient while the campaign is active.
- Final message: one message in the last 48 hours before the campaign closes.
- Frequency cap: Up to 5 messages per month.
2. When we stop
- You reply STOP: the number is opted out immediately and receives no further marketing messages.
- You use the opt-out link: the link in the message opts that contact record out without needing to reply.
- You complete the campaign action: reminders and the final message are suppressed once you have already completed the linked campaign action for that contact record.
- The number is undeliverable: permanent carrier failures (invalid number, landline, blocked) opt the number out automatically.
- The campaign ends: messages stop when the campaign closes.
3. How we got your number
You opted in directly at /sms-opt-in, or a Snack account holder added your number after confirming you agreed to receive marketing texts from Snack about a campaign.
Snack does not share mobile numbers, opt-in data, or consent records with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and SMS terms.
4. Help
Reply HELP to any message or email support@snack.io. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
