At Snack, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. All paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within this period.
1. Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You are within 30 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase date
- You contact our support team to request the refund
The 30-day guarantee applies to the first subscription payment for new paid plans. It does not apply to renewal charges, plan upgrades, or add-on purchases made after the initial 30-day window.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team:
We aim to process all refund requests within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3. What Happens After a Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your paid subscription will be cancelled
- Your account will revert to the free Starter plan
- You will retain access to your content, but usage limits will apply based on the free plan
- Any data beyond free-tier limits will be preserved for 30 days, giving you time to export or upgrade again
4. Exclusions
The following are not covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee:
- Subscription renewal payments (monthly or annual renewals after the initial period)
- Plan upgrades or downgrades after the initial 30-day window
- Storage add-on purchases made separately from the initial subscription
- Enterprise or custom contracts with separately negotiated terms
5. Your Additional Rights
This refund policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If local laws provide greater refund protections, those protections apply.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of paid Services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
