Some features of our Services may require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• All paid plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting support. See our Refund Policy for details
• After the 30-day guarantee period, fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change our pricing with reasonable notice
• You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription

If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings in the Services. We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNACK TECHNOLOGIES, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Snack Technologies, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
