Delete your account
Delete your Snack account and remove yourself from every team, from the Snack app.
Before you delete
- Own a team? Transfer ownership first so someone can still manage it.
- Paying for a paid membership? Cancel it first. Deleting is blocked with "Cancel your active paid memberships before deleting your account." until you do.
Delete in the Snack app
- Open your profile and select the settings icon.
- Under Account, select Delete Account.
- Select Delete, then Delete forever.
Your account and profile are deleted right away and you are removed from all teams. This cannot be undone.
On the web
Account deletion is not available on the web yet. Use the Snack app, or email support@snack.io from the address on your account.
