Check and free up storage
See how much space your team is using and how much each plan includes.
Check usage
In Studio, open Settings and select Storage to see how much your team has used out of its limit.

Free up space
- Delete what you no longer need from Library.
- Open Trash and select Empty trash. Deleted items keep using storage until they leave trash, which happens on its own after 30 days.
Get more space
Owners and admins can select Upgrade for more storage on the Storage page to see plans. Moving from Small Team (50 GB) to Large Team (200 GB) is the biggest jump for athletics and education teams.
