Refund a donation
Owners, admins, and editors can refund a completed donation from the raise.
Refund
- Open the raise in Raise.
- Under Activity, select a donation marked Click to refund.
- Select Refund to confirm.
The full remaining amount goes back to the donor's original payment method. This cannot be undone.
Only completed and partially refunded donations can be refunded. Activity shows the latest 8 donations. To refund an older one, email support@snack.io with the donor's name, amount, and date.
After a refund
The donation shows Refunded. A refund does not cancel a monthly gift. Donors stop future charges with Manage or cancel your monthly gift in their receipt email.
