Ask the team

The team running the fundraiser can refund your gift from Snack. Contact them first.

When a team refunds a gift, the full remaining amount goes back to your original payment method.

Email support@snack.io with:

• The email address you used to give
• The fundraiser name
• The amount and date of your gift

Monthly gifts

A refund does not stop future monthly charges. To stop them, select Manage or cancel your monthly gift in your receipt email.
