Free for up to 5 members. Small Team is $700 a year, Large Team is $1,200 a year, and business and non-profit teams pay per seat.

Non-profit pricing applies once your EIN is verified. Business and non-profit plans include 50 GB of storage.
What every plan includes
- Free — up to 25 snacks and 100 Snackify document pages per month.
- Paid plans — unlimited snacks and 1,000 Snackify document pages per month.
- Snackifying video has no monthly minute limit on any plan.
There is no free trial on paid plans. The Free plan has no time limit.
Enterprise
Custom pricing with no member, storage, or page limits. Email support@snack.io to ask about Enterprise.
How to pay
- Card — team owners and admins on the Free plan select Upgrade in the Studio header, pick a plan, and select Upgrade now.
- Invoice (Net 30) — request one at snack.io/po/request. Your bookkeeper gets an invoice due in 30 days.
- Gift — someone else can buy a year of Small Team ($700) or Large Team ($1,200) at snack.io/gift/buy.
