Upgrade your team's plan
Owners and admins on the Free plan upgrade from the Studio header.
Upgrade with a card
- In Studio, select Upgrade in the header. It shows for team owners and admins while the team is on the Free plan.
- Pick a plan. Athletics and education teams choose Small Team ($700 per year, up to 35 members) or Large Team ($1,200 per year, up to 200 members). Business teams pay $12 per seat per month ($10 billed yearly), and verified non-profits pay $6 ($5 billed yearly), with the first 5 seats free.
- Select Upgrade now and pay in the secure Stripe checkout.
If you do not manage billing for the team, the upgrade window lists the people who do so you can ask them.
Pay by invoice
Request an invoice at snack.io/po/request. It is due in 30 days, and the plan runs for one year once paid. Moving an existing Small Team to Large Team by invoice costs the $500 difference.
