Cancel your plan
Stop your subscription from renewing. Your team moves to Free when the paid period ends.
Cancel
- In Studio, open Settings and select Billing & Plans.
- Select Manage billing and cancel in the Stripe billing portal.
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Billing & Plans shows "Your subscription will end on" with the date.
When it ends
Your team moves to the Free plan: up to 5 members, 1 GB of storage, 25 snacks, and 100 Snackify document pages per month.
Changed your mind?
Select Reactivate on Billing & Plans before the end date to keep your plan.
