Supported files and size limits
What you can upload, how big it can be, and how many pages Snackify handles each month.
Video
MP4, MOV, WebM, AVI, MKV, M4V, WMV, MPEG, MPG, FLV, OGV, 3GP, and most other video formats.
Documents
PDF, Word (DOC, DOCX), Excel (XLS, XLSX), PowerPoint (PPT, PPTX), TXT, and CSV. Images upload to your library as resources but are not Snackified.
Limits
- Uploads, including Google Drive imports, can be up to 5 GB each.
- Recordings can be up to 30 minutes long.
- Files added with Add Resource can be up to 50 MB.

Snackifying video has no monthly minute limit on any plan.
Storage
Free includes 1 GB, Small Team 50 GB, Large Team 200 GB, Business and Non-profit 50 GB, and Enterprise is unlimited.
