A video is stuck processing
What to check when Snackify does not finish.
Give it time
After upload, Snack transcribes the video, then Snackify builds clips and checks. Longer videos take longer. Keep the tab open until the upload itself finishes.
If it still does not finish
- Make sure the file is a supported video type and under 5 GB.
- Check that the video has audio. Snackify needs speech to build clips and checks.
- Refresh the page and look again in your Library.
- Try uploading it again.
