Delete your team
Owners can schedule a team for deletion and restore it within 30 days.
Delete
Only the owner can delete a team.
- In Studio, open Settings and select General.
- Under Danger Zone, select Delete.
- Review how many members, groups, snacks, and playlists will go, type your team's name, and select Delete team.
What happens
- Members lose access right away.
- The team's paid plan is canceled right away.
- The team is deleted for good after 30 days unless you restore it.
You get an email with a link to restore it.
Restore
Open the restore link from the email and select Restore team. Restoring brings back the team and its content, but not the paid plan. Upgrade again after restoring.
If deletion is blocked
- "Cancel active paid memberships for this team before deleting it." — end those memberships first.
- "This team has raises with donation history." — archive those raises, or email support@snack.io.
Not the owner? You can leave the team instead from Settings > General > Leave.
