Team roles explained
Owners, admins, editors, contributors, and viewers each have different access.
Roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing, transferring ownership, and deleting the team. There is one owner. |
| Admin | Manage members, settings, add-ons, and all content. Invite any role and remove members. |
| Editor | Create, edit, and publish snacks and manage the library. Invite people as Viewer only. |
| Contributor | Create and edit their own snacks in Studio. Cannot invite. |
| Viewer | View and complete assigned snacks only. Uses Hub, not Studio. |
Change a role
Only owners and admins can change roles.
- Open Members in Studio.
- Select the role next to the person's name.
- Pick Admin, Editor, Contributor, or Viewer.
You can also open a member's profile and select Change role. To make someone the owner, use Transfer ownership.
