Invite your team
Add coaches, staff, and members to your team by email.
Invite by email
- Open Members in Studio.
- Select Add member. The Invite people window opens.
- On Individual, enter an email address and pick a role for each person. To invite a lot of people with the same role, use Bulk and paste a list of email addresses.
- Select Send Invites.
Each person gets an email with a link to join. Email invites do not expire. Pending invites show on Members, where you can select Resend.
Who can invite
- Owners and admins can invite people with any role.
- Editors can invite people as Viewer only.
- Contributors and viewers cannot invite.
Many people at once
Owners and admins can use the QR Code tab to create a join code. Anyone who scans it and signs in joins right away with the role you picked. QR codes expire after 24 hours by default.
Invite staff who help run the team as admins or editors so they can manage content and assignments.
