Share a join QR code
Let lots of people join at once without sending individual invites.
Create a QR code
- Open Members in Studio and select Add member.
- Choose the QR Code tab and select Create New QR Code.
- Pick a role under Join as, then select Generate QR Code.
Post or print the QR code. When someone scans it and signs in, they join your team right away with that role. There is no approval step, so share it only with people who should be on the team.
QR codes expire after 24 hours by default.
Who can create one
Only owners and admins. Editors do not see the QR Code tab.
Turn a code off
Select Revoke QR Code. People who already joined stay on the team.
